Red sky in the morning skiers take warning, or something like that.  The Sun rise was spectacular with a cloud deck moving over the valley , which reflected the morning light; just beautiful.  The Sun did come out to brighten up the day and begin the softening process that eventually softened the Southern exposures, but did not budge the West faces that could have been really scary if you ventured there.  The North facing was still holding the cold with the High North offering dry chalky turns and the groomers still holding up nicely.  Low traffic gave the vert. crew the top to bottom rock session they had been waiting for.  Clouds moved in later in the day with the promise of some snow, though there is no telling how much.  Tomorrow, look for the groomers to be the best call to get the legs warmed up and the turns going down.  The Cirque traverse is tricky at best with frozen crustulation all the way out.  The Sign Line  still has some softness, so look for that.  Be careful of the west facing until softening occurs, if at all with the weather moving through.  The Grooming crew is working hard to get the goods going for us, so and early call is still not a problem.  I am glad that I got this Hyper-Space link working with out any static, so have fun for me and jam out some serious vert. for me.   Ciao!!!
