The storm clouds moved off and left a clear cold morning with bright sun, and deep powder to start out the new year. Many of the aspects that have been closed lately were opened up and they were offering amazing blower deep lines that were all time!! The Cirque, Upper Cirque, Baldy, and the West facing aspects of the Cirque traverse offered amazing lines that were waist deep and a face shot extravaganza.
Great snow was happening all over the hill and the conditions are amazing wall to wall. The cold temps are keeping the product nicely refrigerated all day on all aspects. Tomorrow, look for more great lines to be available, with some sections still waiting in the wings for those who missed out on today’s extravaganza. The cold temps will still be in the mix so dress extra warm for the conditions. See you there for the fresh lines and perfect snow. Don’t touch that dial!!
