There was a delayed Canyon opening this morning as well as a delay for the hill to open as mitigation teams worked hard to get a handle on the overnight accumulation. There was great wind buffed product on tap for the folks that made it up today, with smooth lines on all sides of the hill. The wind was high and that kept the lines fresh and fun, with that billiard table velvet feel underfoot.
There is a major Wall Of Voodoo working it’s way across the Valley as I write this, which will be delivering another heapin’ helpin’ as it unleashes on the The Front. Expect delays in the AM once again as this push is even bigger than yesterday’s delivery. There is more upstream yet and big indications still over the Pacific. Yikes. What a cycle. Stay Frosty.
